1. General Services

Floresta Wud specializes in interior design, modular furniture, and architectural woodwork. All designs, 3D renderings, and specifications provided to the client are intended for the sole purpose of the agreed-upon project.

2. Orders & Quotations

• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance booking amount.
• Modifications to the design after confirmation may result in cost and timeline changes.

We aim to deliver within 45 to 60 days of design finalization. Timelines may shift due to:

• Site readiness (civil work, electrical, flooring completion by client).
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, transport strikes).
• Delays in client approvals or payments.

5. Product Variations

Wood is a natural material. Slight variations in grain, texture, and color are inherent characteristics and not defects. 3D renders are for visualization; actual finishes may vary slightly.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Design Stage: If cancelled after designs are provided but before production, design fees will be deducted from the advance.
• Production Stage: Once materials are procured or production begins, orders cannot be cancelled and no refunds are processed.
